Our little fish

Mia has been taking swimming lessons for the past four weeks. She has improved so much! She has gotten really good at free style, and does really well swimming backstroke. Hope you enjoy the videos at the end of her swimming!

Today is her last day. The teachers will give each kiddo a report card to let them know what they are doing well, and what they need to continue to work on. Mia enjoys getting her report card. Last session, she also got a home made brownie too!

Sea World-We Believe!

Sara & I took the girls to Sea World yesterday and it was amazing! We had so much fun going to shows, feeding sea lions, swimming in the pool, and going down water slides! The girls even went on a roller coaster all by themselves!

We had quite an adventure trying to leave Sea World amongst a huge thunderstorm. Sara and I were both running through park with the girls on our backs. It was pouring down rain, lighting, and thundering!!! The whole place was flooded. Quite a site! Once we got to the entrance, the storm finally passed. On the way to the car, Mia saw a beautiful rainbow. At that point we knew everything was OK!!!

4th of July

We started out the day taking a few pictures. Mia and Jack were both in good spirits as you can see! They played outside for a little while until the hot came, and then we all took a rest. Mia also wanted to sing a song for y'all in honor of the 4th of July! Enjoy!!!

Later on we headed up to the Manglona's for a BBQ. The kids had a blast playing on the trampoline, in the pool and water table. We hope that y'all had a safe and Happy 4th too! God Bless America!!!

Mia's Graduation

Hi again Family,
Mia graduated this past Saturday from Preschool at Ms. Mary's. It was a fun morning. The kids performed several songs and Jack stole the show. He sang "Holy, Holy" which is his favorite song. Very sweet, brought me to tears!!! At the end of each song he would run down off the stage and would give me a hug.

Mia was awesome too! She has come a long way since her first performance in tears!!! She helped many of the younger kiddos. We are so proud of our almost Kindergartner!
After the kids finished their performance. Ms. Mary presented the kids with certificates and we all ate lunch together. Jack ate three plates!
Until next time...enjoy!

Happy Summer

Hi Family,

We are trying the blog thing one more time...except a different way. One of my friends uses this site and likes it. Thought we would try it, since you don't have to sign in and give your first born away! Also, I can upload pictures and video.

We have been busy this summer. Mia has been taking swimming lessons the past couple of weeks and loves it. She is becoming a fish in water. Jack is a little too old for the mommy-baby class, and a little too young for Level 1, so we will start lessons for him next year.

Scott and I have been painting. We have completed Mia & Jack's rooms. Daddy will be painting the hallway tomorrow while the kids and I go swimming. I think we got the better end of the deal!

Until next time...Enjoy!
